Broadband speed test

I need to test my download speed between 2 OS's and there was a good freebee meter
on this forum a few months ago.Could someone post the URL please

Could well be but boy it is taking a long time to download.That is my problem with everything I download.Will see what I find after this.

My ISP is Ihug and their indications are that there is no problem.

wierd,my download is 58 kb/s and upload is 131

I think the problem is:
I was reduced to 64kb/s today on my downloads dureing Peak times but they did it to my Off peak useage as well.Will see what happens 2morrow and contact the HELP ????
people in the Phillipines if it is not sorted.

http://www.speedtest.net/ runs fine on linux
